LO2 Be able to plan a single camera production

My individual idea 

• cultured family
• strict parents
• stressed young teenager
• enough of life
• forced life
• arranging marriage
• young and lost in life

The idea I pitched my group was about having a young teenager who is a only child and her parents depend everything on her. They expect her to get the highest marks possible on a exam, also expect to be the number one favorite student by all teachers.

However they also have their own plans for their teenage daughter they be arranging her marriage to a family friend's son but lives in their country. The mother doesn't wish to do this to her daughter but has no choice but to do and listen to everything her husband says.    

The poor teenager is stressed about keeping her parents happy as well as living a secret life. She has a lover that she wants to be with and really adores but he isn't the same cast as her nor is he the same religion and she knows if she mentions him to her parents she will no longer be able to live in the same country as him so she secretly keeps him as a stranger. 

Her love towards him gets stronger and they both decide to run away, however her feelings for her parents and the shame they will go upon kills her inside and stops her from wanting to run and leave her parents. She explains herself to her lover he understands her feelings but says "i can't wait forever", this makes her feel that he doesn't really love her as much if he isn't willing to wait for a longer time so she tells him "it's best if we go our own ways". 

However a friend of the father see's the poor teenager and he reports her to him. She returns home to find her bags packed and leaving to go back to the country because of the shock she couldn't understand or give a answer to her father or even question him so she runs out the door crying but little she knew she was running into a speeding car coming from round the corner. There laid little poor teenagers body with her parents wiping around her.
